Do these three things, then call me
- Turn off the water at your stop tap (usually under the kitchen sink).
- Switch off electrics near the leak at the fuse box.
- Open the cold taps to drain the system and catch drips with towels or a bowl.

Do you do emergency call outs?
Yes. I cover 8am to 6pm as standard, with out-of-hours call outs before 8am or after 6pm at a higher rate. Rates are on my price list. For a leak, turn off your stop tap first, then call 07860 256795.
Can you fix a leak I can't find?
Usually, yes. I'll trace it by checking the pipework, your water meter and any damp patches, and only lift floorboards or open walls where it's needed, after agreeing it with you. It's charged at my normal call-out rate.
